Qigong pronounced "chee gong". Literally translated means "energy skill/work".
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice which uses breathing techniques, stretches, postures (both standing and moving) with mental focus and intention. This optimises energy within the body, mind and spirit.
Transforming stress into vitality and giving you more energy to do the things you enjoy!
No previous experience is required, and a yoga mat is optional
