CMR Course

 

An introductory course suitable for all. Rachael will guide you through simple, effective, evidence-based practices, skills, and tools to help manage stress, develop resilience, and enhance wellbeing using Mindfulness and Compassion.

Created by Karen Atkinson, Senior Partner and Co-Founder of MindfulnessUK, it is built from the understanding that to help us navigate the world we live in, we need to strengthen and maintain our levels of resilience and mindfulness and compassion can help us do this.

Course info:

  • 4 weeks - 2 hours a week via Zoom (or 8 weeks - 1 hour a week via Zoom)

  • Short practices that can fit easily into everyday life (10 minutes or less)

  • Can be done 1:1 or in a group (up to 6 in a group)

  • An opportunity to take care of yourself for the benefit of your own wellbeing and others

  • Participant’s booklet covering all the information covered in the course

  • Certificate of Completion

  • Free practices to download and keep

Price: £120 per person (one-to-one) or £80 per person (group sessions)
